Our Family and Friends

All of our family and friends are excited and supportive of our plans to adopt.

Our families are a very important part of our lives and although they live in New York and Texas, we see them as much as we can and talk to them all the time. Cynthia is the youngest of three children with an older brother and sister, while Randy is the middle son of five children, with two older sisters and an older and younger brother with many nieces and nephews. We’re always with family and friends on holidays, making the family recipe of spaghetti and meatballs, or roasting turkey with stuffing, then staying up late laughing, sharing stories and playing cards.

We also have a close-knit group of friends that includes Caryn (Cynthia’s sister) that we've known for years called "the Crew". We see the friends in our “Crew” often, take vacations with them, and share way too many moments of unbridled wackiness together. Our house is the central spot for gatherings and Caryn is over all the time. Many of our friends are starting families and we looking forward to bringing up our children together.
